Upon receiving the refund request, our team will review the request and investigate the issue thoroughly. This may involve consulting with the project team, reviewing project documentation, and conducting testing to verify the validity of the claim. We strive to complete the refund investigation within 10 business days from the receipt of the refund request.
If the refund request is approved, the client will be notified via email, and the refund will be processed within 30 business days. However, please note that due to the complexity of the refund process, including verification of the claim, financial considerations, and internal approval procedures, the refund process may take up to 7 to 8 months after the refund is acknowledged.
a) Change in Requirements: If the client changes the requirements or scope of the project after the project has been initiated, resulting in additional work or delays, no refund will be granted.
b) Client's Responsibility: If the client fails to provide necessary information, materials, or feedback required for the completion of the project, resulting in delays or issues, no refund will be granted.
c) Force Majeure: If the project is delayed or cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature, war, or government regulations, no refund will be granted.
d) Third-Party Products or Services: If the software development project includes third-party products or services that are not under our control, refunds for those products or services will be subject to the refund policies of the respective third parties.
e) Customized Solutions: If the software developed by our team is highly customized and tailored specifically for the client's requirements, no refund will be granted as the software cannot be resold or reused.
In case of any dispute regarding a refund, the client and our company agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through negotiation and mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be escalated to legal proceedings as permitted by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located.

Any changes to the refund policy will be effective upon posting on our company's website or other communication channels. It is the client's responsibility to review the refund policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
This refund policy constitutes the entire agreement between the client and our company with respect to refund requests and supersedes all prior agreements, understand
