1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing our enterprise software products, or contracting our custom development or robotics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or any services provided by Corestream Networks and Robotics Limited.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, all content, source code, database structures, AI models, custom graphics, documentation, hardware design schematics, and UI layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of Corestream. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our public resources. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or use our proprietary frameworks without written authorization from our legal department.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
When interacting with our systems, you agree not to:
- Tamper with, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in our routes, forms, database inputs, or admin consoles.
- Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract contact leads, blog posts, or event records from our portals.
- Submit fraudulent, abusive, or malicious information via our lead forms, career portals, or community threads.
- Attempt to bypass security logs or access privileges of other users.
4. Enterprise Software SLA (CoreHealth, LMS, and Custom ERPs)
For institutional clients utilizing our enterprise software suites (such as CoreHealth EHR), system availability, maintenance schedules, backup policies, and support ticket response times are governed strictly by the signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract. The information provided on this website does not override any active, mutually executed SLA contract.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The materials on Corestream's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties. Corestream and its directors (including Shamsudeen Gidado and Victor Olarenwaju) shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data, business interruption, or profit deficits) arising out of the use or inability to use the software systems, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of Abuja or Plateau State, Nigeria.
